Pay Rate:$68.00 - 70.00 per hour (W2 ONLY)
This role is 100% ONSITE (Only accepting LOCAL Candidates for this role)
Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a large-scale enterprise-wide modernization project. They will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and ensuring the successful integration of a new SaaS-based system with various other systems and applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and map current business processes and workflows.
Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Work closely with all teams (e.g. Business, IT, vendors, infrastructure, and reporting and analytics teams) to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
Assist in the development of test plans and participate in testing activities.
Provide ongoing support and training to business users.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Help with prioritizing requirements to determine the scope of the project.
Help with refining and solidifying the business case.
Help with assessing risks and solidifying business benefits.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst for large-scale enterprise projects.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and integration methodologies.
Experience with business process modeling and tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Understanding of system integrations, including API (Application Programming Interface) and MFT (Managed File Transfer), and how systems are linked and integrated.
Ability to write detailed meeting minutes and communicate business requirements effectively through various methods.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Creating detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes.
Using Tools to standardize the representation of business processes, making it easier to understand and communicate.
Identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement within business processes.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that process models accurately reflect business requirements and objectives.
Utilizing tools to create and manage process diagrams.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
DESIRED:
Master s degree in a related field.
Experience with specific SaaS platforms
Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to the automotive industry.
Experience with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance.
Project management skills, as the BA may be given small projects or workstreams to lead.
