Teamcenter Support Consultant

Joining Location- Initial remote but resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon asked to relocate.

  • Provide functional support to end-users for BOM, Change, and Document Management processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
  • Support Engineering Change workflows (ECR, ECO, ECN) and BOM structuring activities.
  • Guide users on best practices for document versioning, approvals, and lifecycle management.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and UAT of configurations and workflows.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
  • Collaborate with admin and development teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Maintain support documentation, logs, and suggest process improvements.
