Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (3 days/week hybrid)!

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including the Employee Service Center and HR integrations.
  • Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Customize workflows and user interfaces to align with business needs.

Development and Troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and scripts within the HRSD suite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD modules and integrations.

Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Apply industry best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Training and Documentation
  • Create and deliver training sessions and materials for HR and IT stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery best practices.
  • ServiceNow certifications:
    • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • HRSD Implementation Specialist
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD) - preferred
  • Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
