Data Modeler (SAP Power Designer or Erwin)/SQL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Merrimack, NH that is seeking a Data Modeler (SAP Power Designer or Erwin)/SQL.

Responsibilities:
* Blend deep data modeling knowledge and Data Architecture experience to build Data Models for multiple Key initiatives
* Committed to staying hands-on, developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role and to enable others with that knowledge
* Drive a spirit of innovation and data strategy by building and improving the data modeling and database design practice
* Work closely with the business and technical teams and build or assist in the creation of scalable, flexible, and detailed data models that will improve the product offerings and speed time to market
* In an agile structure, collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your CoE, influence the strategic decisions and build solutions to help scale our business
* Guide a team of data modelers who primarily work within autonomous squads across product areas
* Partner with project teams, vendors, support organizations, functional architects, systems specialists and other technical resources to bring together information requirements and deliver data modeling solutions for WI Business and technology functions
* Improve the overall analysis of business requirements and delivering well architected and efficient
* Assist in developing guidelines and standards for the design checklist, governance process and for cataloging and maintaining data repositories
* Bring industry thought leadership to WI Technology
* Mentor junior data modelers

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, 3nF, Dimensional) at both a project and enterprise level
* Curiosity about coaching, mentoring, and developing associates
* Dimensional Modeling with experience in crafting conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units.
* Data Modeling Tools such as Powerdesigner, Oracle Designer or Erwin
* Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams
* Ability to write SQL to query data (ideally ANSI SQL)
* General working knowledge of AI technologies, techniques, and trends

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
