Technology Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Client-facing role and needs to be technically strong in Salesforce concepts.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and middleware.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms).
Oversee the development of custom Salesforce components, such as Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across integrated systems.
Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Define the overall architecture, including data models, integration points, and system workflows.
Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business teams, and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers and administrators.
Review and approve code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.
Must have related Salesforce certifications.
