***The key qualifications we are looking for are payroll and GL accounting experience, NetSuite and advance Excel skills.

• Manages transactions and / or financial reporting in accounting systems in accordance with GAAP and Company policies.
• Enforce proper accounting processes and procedures for practice within the department and Company. As business requirements and underlying processed change, update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Responsible for carrying out a variety of financial procedures, including but not limited to:
• Payroll accounting
• Bank reconciliation
• Journal entry preparation
• Month-end and year-end reconciliations
• GL accounting
• Revenue/Accounts receivable
• Flux analysis
• Prepare audit financial schedules
• Prepare and analyze the company s financial records
• Assists in audit planning and requirements to ensure smooth operations and processes.
• Review and streamline necessary internal controls and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned or apparent

Work experience or related experience:

• The ability to proficiently perform professional level accounting research, analysis, reconciliation, and financial and accounting reporting work as normally obtained through three to five years of experience working at a progressively responsible accounting role.

Specialized knowledge, skills & abilities:

• NetSuite or other similar ERP experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Accounting research, reconciliation, analysis and reporting skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Education:

• Completion of a bachelor s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA a plus
