Job description
- Someone with Project Management/scheduling experience from another powerplant, emerging power design, construction field
- Structuring defined scopes of work into WBS
- Building P6 Schedules
- Integrating logic, resource loading, and levels to P6 schedule
- Defining resource plans to deliver P6 schedule
- Defining standard reporting tools/practices for stakeholders (DOE, management, etc.)
- Defining work control tools/practices for the team leads (work management practices)
- Building PMO at Holtec
- This will take some time so need schedulers in the meantime
