Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Lead - WM & EWM to join our global IT organization and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role is critical to our transformation journey, including the migration to SAP S/4HANA and the modernization of our ERP and integration architecture.
You will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support our global warehouse and logistics operations.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Lead - WM & EWM to join our global IT organization and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role is critical to our transformation journey, including the migration to SAP S/4HANA and the modernization of our ERP and integration architecture.
You will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support our global warehouse and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP WM and EWM solutions aligned with global business requirements.
- Promote SAP standard solutions and minimize custom developments.
- Estimate, plan, and prioritize solution delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Deliver business value through SAP projects including upgrades, cloud migrations, S/4HANA deployments, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in WM/EWM areas, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Guide developers in building custom objects and ensure high-quality documentation.
- Manage vendor resources and coordinate with SAP for product issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization across warehouse management systems.
- Stay current with technological advancements and provide thought leadership through proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP WM and EWM solution delivery, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA conversions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices in retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Deep functional knowledge of WM/EWM processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, HU concepts, and integrations with QM, MM, SD, and TM.
- Experience with handheld device integrations (RF scanners, etc.).
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, documentation, and training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage small projects and collaborate across global teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with process mining technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration strategies.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and digital workplace services.
- Knowledge of SAP CIF, yard management, and cross-docking processes.
