This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in the Los Angeles metro area with a fast-growing, VC-backed startup that's using modern tech to bring transparency and automation to a traditionally outdated industry. You'll join a small, agile team that uses tools like Python, SQL, AWS, and PostgreSQL to build scalable data systems with real-world impact.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in data engineering, data analytics, or data warehousing
Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Proficiency in Python or a similar language for data processing
Strong understanding of ETL pipelines and data pipeline frameworks
Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Looker, Power BI
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable business insights
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
Exposure to data science, ML, or predictive analytics projects
Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment
Comfort with fast-paced, startup environments
