The Opportunity
We're looking for a Program manager to join and provide immediate
impact to the Brand and Icons team's growth and strategy by
orchestrating content production and increasing the team's velocity
and reach. In this role, you will collaborate with designers across the
organization along with the Brand and Icons designers, program
managers, product leads, engineers, engineering managers, strategists
as well as marketing teams.

What you'll Do
Work closely with the Design Managers and leadership to ensure
accurate prioritization, communications, and visibility of near and long-
term strategies.
Drive design process and communication with a complex set of
partners and clients
Manage asset requests and schedules for creative direction and
production from partners across all of Adobe, from intake through
delivery. Enable designers to achieve critical milestones.
Proactively engage with team customers, and be the primary point of
contact for customer feedback.
Develop modern asset delivery processes, working with design,
product and engineering teams to improve efficiency and scale.
Utilize data to inform collaboration efforts; analyze current work
technologies and seek opportunities for improvements.
Anticipate operational inefficiencies, develop improvements or new
processes and get consensus from key stakeholders.
Drive development of guidelines and growing the reach of Adobe's
Brand and Icons teams.

Partner with a large team of Design Program Managers to keep the
Adobe Design team running smoothly.

What you need to succeed
This role will provide day-to-day management of international teams,
monitoring, and control of program activities, and provide program
leadership across the organization, from coordinating strategic
decision-making down to project planning.
Excellent communication skills -
Act as the primary day-to-day client liaison and advisor throughout the
design delivery lifecycle from Brand & Icons design teams to product
partners.
Ability to manage communication within assigned project deliveries in
a way that assures high satisfaction and achieves the product team's
requirements.
Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional product and
marketing teams across the company
Real passion for content and an in-depth knowledge of the content
production process
Act as an internal quality control check for all programs and projects to
ensure they meet client requirements.
A fluid understanding of project management and risk management -
Monitor project progress against the proposed plans including
timelines, quality criteria and risk management.
Proactively identify or clarify issues with projects and make
recommendations to resolve issues.
Strong problem-solving abilities -
Proactively solve day-to-day problems and exercise good judgment not
only in solving problems but also in determining when to escalate
issues within the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,900 -- $190,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
