Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality assurance using Informatica tools. The role involves supporting data remediation efforts to enhance decision-making and case management processes in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, Agile setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data profiling to identify issues and define cleansing tasks
- Design and automate validation processes for data quality
- Monitor ongoing data cleanup activities and generate weekly reports
- Conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate and resolve data issues
- Define and implement data quality rules and strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with Informatica tools including IDMC, CDI, CDQ, MDM, and Reference Data Management
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data profiling and cleansing using Informatica IDQ (on-prem and cloud)
- 5+ years of experience working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with SMEs
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with child welfare case management systems and related data domains
