Job Title: Intern Wireless Test Engineer (1-Month Project)

Pay: $20/hourHours: 8 hours/day, up to 5 days/week
Additional Information:
All vehicles and equipment will be provided.
The contract duration is 1 month. Top performers will have an opportunity to be part of a future project spanning 1 year starting this summer.
Training on equipment usage and route details will be provided before the start.
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and responsible Intern Wireless Test Engineers on a contract basis for a 1-month wireless network testing project across various rural and urban areas in California. You will be responsible for operating a car or SUV equipped with wireless testing equipment. This is a field-based role that involves extensive driving along pre-defined routes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a designated vehicle for approximately 8 hours daily on assigned routes across California.Ensure the vehicle's moon roof remains open during the drive to support wireless testing operations.
Safely operate and maintain the vehicle and testing equipment during testing runs.
Use a mobile application and laptop with Microsoft Teams for basic reporting and communication.
Coordinate with the test team remotely and provide updates or troubleshooting assistance if needed.
Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving long distances, including on rural roads and highways.
Ability to operate a smartphone and basic laptop functions (especially Microsoft Teams).
Punctual, reliable, and able to follow detailed instructions and routes.
Must be able to pass a basic background check.
Preferred:
Experience with field testing, telecom projects, or technical driving assignments is a plus.
Familiarity with California geography and rural routes.
