Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Data Analyst) to support a large-scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Integration Project. This role focuses on data migration from a legacy Salesforce instance to a new FSC Salesforce platform, working closely with integration teams, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce data models, SOQL, advanced SQL, Oracle databases, and data integration tools, along with proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and migrate data from legacy Salesforce to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Create functional and technical design documents using Salesforce data model documentation, Confluence pages, and project requirements.
Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and access control.
Translate business objectives and program vision into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and delivery.
Partner with Integration Product Owners to manage scope, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead cross-domain process design efforts and develop comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with architects to create and maintain business process and architecture documentation.
Support Agile delivery, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Identify, document, and manage risks, dependencies, and data integration issues.
Champion data integration standards, documentation consistency, and process optimization.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce data models and SOQL querying.
Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Oracle Database.
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL (preferred).
Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as:
Informatica
MS SSIS
Talend
Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale application integration projects.
Expertise in relational databases, data dictionaries, and end-to-end data flows.
Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Financial services or wealth management domain experience.
