This is a well-established, financially secure manufacturer of custom biotech equipment. They have, by far, the coolest technology out there. They always promote from within. The benefits are outstanding, including great Healthcare, a matching 401k, and $6,000 yearly for education. Turnover is extremely low.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves being on the cutting edge of robotics and automation, likes working in a collaborative, positive, and caring environment, and wants to grow their career in a place they can call home.

We are seeking to hire a senior Software Engineer to join the team as an individual contributor who can grow into the manager of the department (there are currently 12 software engineers).

The right person must have strong Java programming skills ( or a strong background in other 4GL languages, i.e.: Python, C++, C#, ...), direct and hopefully extensive experience with development software to control robots, robotics or complex automated equipment, and some level of supervisory or management experience, or a strong desire and demonstrated steps taken to become a manager, either work related or in their non work roles ( managing a charity or civic group, sports leadership, club leadership, leading a robotics club...). We are ideally looking for 5-15 years experience, but open to all.
