Description
The IT Help Desk Technician serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Overall, you will provide members and providers with basic support on the Internal Tool Set.
Duties
  • Resolve tier 1 technical issues, displaying excellent customer service.
  • View customer data and update accounts.
  • Troubleshoot in-person, over phone, or via chat support.
  • Create customer accounts and apply necessary permissions.
  • Use ticketing systems to follow documentation processes and procedures.
  • Open and close tickets, and follow up as necessary.
  • Write clean, organized and legible tickets.
  • Prioritize tickets and resolve based on priority level.
  • Assist with password resets for members.
  • Provide remote support as needed.
  • Provide Web browser support and assist with portal navigation.
  • Assist with IT inventory and tracking.
  • Work with business units to assist with questions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
