IT Business Analyst
Job Description
Responsible to manage the business requirements for IT Sales programs/projects. Work with and drive business partners to identify opportunities to streamline enterprise processes, lead & execute the business requirements gathering process, submit approved business requirements to the IT organization, manage the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle, active participation in definition of functional specifications and lead the deployment of the new business processes and of the IT solution developed to support them. Business Analyst will actively participate in the testing phase of the projects to make sure all defined requirements are properly tested.
Requirements:
+5 years IT Business Analyst with DocuSign tool knowledge
Selling cycle processes knowledge (From Lead, Opportunity Management, to Quote to Order)
Strong skills to lead large senior business teams
Ability to negotiate and influence senior business teams
Bring large & diverse project teams together towards a common goal
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in defining measurable project benefits and returns on investment
Strong business process modeling skills
Strategic and creative thinking
Experience in defining, leading and executing IT testing plans
Manage virtual project teams
Large experience in Software project development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
Ability to create quick solution concepts, prototypes to visualize solution being proposed
Plus:
CPQ (Configure, Price & Quote) experience
Bachelors Degree in computer or equivalent field
DocuSign tool knowledge
