  • 36 months of experience with Azure DevOps Server, including source control management, build and release pipeline configuration, work item tracking, and automated deployment processes.

  • 84 months of experience applying New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board (NYCIRB) guidelines and regulations in the development and support of software applications for analyzing and processing Workers' Compensation insurance premiums. Candidate must also have experience maintaining data integration solutions that interface with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Applied EPIC, Vertafore, and similar platforms.

  • 84 months of experience in workers' compensation experience ratings and implementing policy renewals, rebills, and audits.

  • 84 months of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers, and Advanced Queuing. This experience must be in the development of applications for the State Workers' Compensation industry, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting efficient policy management, and premium calculations.

  • 48 months of experience with ACORD AL3 data format and transformation for Underwriting and Claims applications. Experience with AL3 mapping tools such as AL3 Mapper and IVANS

  • 84 months of experience as a .NET application developer, utilizing C# and Visual Studio 2019 or newer. The candidate must have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.

  • 60 months of experience in developing software systems to support Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance accounts receivable billing using the Accrual Accounting Method. The candidate must have experience in designing and implementing billing solutions that ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with industry regulations, and efficient premium collection processes.

  • 84 months of experience in web browser application development using JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, AJAX and HTML. Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and responsive web applications, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.

  • 84 months of experience with development, support, and implementation of New York Workers Compensation insurance proof of coverage following IAIABC latest guidelines.

Detailed Job Description:

(1) Billing and Collection System

  • In-house developed web application for Billing and Collection with functionalities to process cash, refund, journal entries, non payment cancellations and reinstatements. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements including those from PayGo (Pay-as-You-Go) and IVANS Exchange Projects

(2) iNB (Integrated New Business) System

  • In-house developed web application for the processing of WC quotes. It consists of the following modules QuoteSys, iNB Search and iNB Main programs. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements of Autoquote processing, Straight-Through Processing and Section 93 Search.

(3) iPAM (Integrated Policy Administration and Maintenance) System

  • In-house developed web application for the administration and maintenance of a WC policy record during its life cycle. It consists of the following main modules Declaration, Entity, Location, Endorsement, Broker, Change of Interest, Contacts, Cancellation and Reinstatement, and Report. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements including those from PayGo and IVANS Exchange projects.
