As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a key role in advancing our technical excellence and scaling our platforms to new heights.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and optimize high-performance backend systems using Rust, Go, Python, and modern async frameworks.
  • Implement producer-consumer queues, concurrent processing pipelines, and efficient data structures.
  • Optimize database performance, query planning, and caching strategies for maximum throughput.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding while maintaining code quality
  • Profile and optimize system performance using modern tooling and performance analysis
  • Collaborate on system design, code reviews, and drive performance testing and capacity planning initiatives

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of backend development experience with a passion for high-performance systems
  • Strong proficiency in at least one systems language (Rust, Go, C) with solid fundamentals
  • Experience with async programming patterns and concurrent processing (async/await, channels, queues)
  • Database performance optimization experience with PostgreSQL, query optimization, or indexing
  • Obsessive attention to code efficiency, memory usage, and system performance
  • Experience with modern development practices: testing, CI/CD, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development workflows and emerging technologies

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00-$198,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
