Role Overview:
In this role, you will participate in moderately complex software engineering projects, collaborating with internal and client teams to support technical planning and solution delivery. This assignment involves analyzing diverse software challenges, contributing to resolution strategies, and aligning development efforts with compliance and process standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design, development, and delivery of software engineering tasks across the product lifecycle
- Analyze and troubleshoot software challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with technical, compliance, and process guidelines
- Participate in planning activities for enterprise-level software deliverables
- Provide input on best practices, tooling, and architecture
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent through a combination of work, education, military service, or consulting
- Strong understanding of software development practices, including Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, cross-functional initiatives
Technical Skills:
- Java (core programming and frameworks)
- Microservices architecture and development
- ReactJS for front-end development
- Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and deployment
