Description:- BOBJ (Business Objects) & BODS (Business Objects Data Services) roles with admin experience blend technical administration (install, configure, security, performance tuning, server maintenance, upgrades) with development/support (ETL jobs, data flows, Universe design, WebI reports, migrations, troubleshooting user issues) and strong admin skills (project management, change control, documentation, security compliance), requiring expertise in both the reporting (BOBJ) and data integration (BODS) sides for data warehousing and BI solutions.

Core Responsibilities
BOBJ/BODS Administrator:
Installation & Configuration: Set up and maintain BOBJ/BODS environments, including repositories, servers (Job Server, Web Server), and data stores.
Security Management: Create users, groups, roles, and manage security/access rights for users and data.
Performance & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot failures (schedules, publications, jobs), perform server housekeeping, and apply patches/upgrades.
Migration & Promotion: Manage migration of objects (reports, jobs, universes) between development, test, and production environments.
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues, including network drops, server connection problems, and data load failures.

BODS Developer/Admin:
ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain data flows, jobs, and transformations (SQL, Map Operation, Validation) for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Data Integration: Build complex mappings, handle Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs), and manage source/target connections.
Job Scheduling: Create, monitor, and manage job schedules, fixing issues with third-party schedulers like Tidal if needed.

BOBJ Developer/Admin:
Universe Design: Develop and maintain Universes (UDT/IDT), creating classes, objects, joins, aliases, and contexts for reporting.
Report Development: Create and enhance WebI reports, dashboards, and Crystal Reports, using features like prompts, filters, and drill-downs.
User Support: Handle end-user queries, provide training, and support BI content for users.

Key Skills & Experience:
Technical: SAP BOBJ/BODS (WebI, Universe Design, Data Services), SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Fact/Dimension tables).
Admin: Installation, Security, Performance Tuning, Migration, Documentation, Disaster Recovery, Change Management.

Soft Skills: Collaboration, problem-solving, communication, training, and project support.

Minimum years of experience>10 years
