Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Reliability Engineer to join our team at The Judge Group. This role involves ensuring the continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by implementing maintenance plans and troubleshooting issues when they arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance methodologies and practical experience in mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods for all machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults promptly.
• Diagnose breakdown problems and determine ways to prevent them in the future.
• Manage stocks of supplies and equipment spare parts.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs.
• Write maintenance strategies to assist with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Ensure continuous coverage of machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
• Participate in reliability studies and recommend improvements to existing equipment and processes.
• Develop and implement asset management plans and predictive maintenance programs.
• Work with other teams to increase product and process quality and reliability.
• Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in the chemicals industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certification in maintenance and reliability (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
