Senior Integration & Solutions Developer

Nature of Work

This position will lead the development of scalable data pipelines, cloud integrations, and backend systems that support our ERP and enterprise applications. This role will be instrumental in connecting platforms, streamlining data flows, and supporting our internal tools. You ll work closely with BI developers, business analysts, and IT to deliver robust, cloud-first solutions that drive operational efficiency and data accessibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful APIs and integration workflows across ERP, cloud, and third-party systems.
• Evaluate and implement iPaaS or custom integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues across platforms
• SQL design, coding, troubleshooting, and performance tuning on an ERP production database
• Work with vendors to support technical integration needs
• Lead the design, implementation, and support of our Microsoft Fabric data lake.
• Develop scalable data ingestion pipelines from numerous sources including SQL Server warehouses, SFTP file transfers, API calls, and more.
• Build and maintain backend services and databases to support custom web applications.
• Develop custom applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage and mentor the Software Developer, providing technical guidance and growth opportunities.
• Partner with the Enterprise Applications Manager and Business Analyst to evaluate and improve application architecture.
• Work cross-functionally with BI, software development, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Keep up to date with the tech industry and identify applicable software enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or similar data lake technologies.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as Python or C#, and experience in Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with React or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and lead technical projects.

Education

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or integration roles.
