RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a fully remote Marketing Campaign Operations Contractor to join their Global Marketing Operations team. This person will be focused on supporting the execution of world class marketing campaigns by triaging requests that come in and working closely with Campaign Operation teams daily to get work done. The primary role will be around building Eloqua Programs and emails, building Marketo Programs and Emails in bespoke Marketo instance, monitoring lead management system, and helping to surface gaps and areas of opportunity in our marketing tech stack.
Responsibilities:
* Work across the Marketing Operations team on all aspects of program/campaign operations from audience targeting, list uploads, email creation, program execution and program measurement
* Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from realizing their campaign execution
* Evaluate our lead management process to find growth levers, gaps, and propose process improvements
* Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operation, and Engineering teams to design and implement insights and systems to drive organizational growth
* Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to drive consistency across multiple partners
* Help us review our marketing campaign performance and surface trends or insights that we can inform the larger Marketing organization
* Monitor and debug our marketing data logs, flows, and pipelines to understand where data and process can be improved
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of marketing operations experience with a Global B2B software company
* 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and strong ability to manipulate data in Excel
* 3+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo
* 3+ years of experience with Marketing B2B Reporting (e.g. in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
* 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
* Strong understanding and experience with HTML & CSS
* Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
* Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management and marketing attribution models
* Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for execution
Required experience with:
* HTML/CSS for Email Creation
* Excel for data analytics and manipulation
* Eloqua and Marketo for Marketing Automation and Campaign Ops Support
* Salesforce (SFDC) for data auditing and reporting familiarity
* Contentful/Wordpress for Website landing page creation and QA
* Asana/Jira/GitHub/Azure DevOps Project Management tool Experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
