Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory hands-on RPA experience to support automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and support of RPA solutions.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with business teams to understand, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Act as a bridge between business users and implementation teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues

Track and report issues using bug tracking tools and coordinate through email, chat, and meetings

Troubleshoot end-user issues by performing root cause analysis, replicating problems, and driving them to resolution

Provide timely user support including data fixes, system guidance, error correction, and workaround identification

Gather functional requirements and create detailed test cases

Perform black-box testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for regular releases and urgent patches

Prepare system documentation, user training materials, and release notes

Provide regular project updates and escalate risks or critical issues to project and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory hands-on experience with RPA solutions

Strong experience in business analysis, testing, and UAT

Proven ability to create effective test cases and perform black-box testing

Ability to quickly learn new business domains and adapt to changing priorities

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a high-pressure environment

Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
