Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain technical infrastructure across hardware, networking, and software layers
- Lead WAN, LAN, and wireless network design and implementation
- Direct the architecture of storage and backup systems
- Oversee design and implementation of voice, email, and collaboration systems
- Integrate new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure
- Develop and maintain IT procedures, automation, and operational runbooks
- Lead upgrades and improvements to operating environments
- Serve as final point of technical escalation and provide internal training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or formal training in computer hardware, software, or networking
- 3–5 years of experience in network, server, and datacenter technology
- Professional certifications preferred (MCP, MCSE, A+, etc.)
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (network, voice, server, storage, cloud, and cybersecurity)
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects
- Active Directory: Users & Computers, DNS, DHCP, Federated Services, Azure AD
- Azure: Familiarity with Azure Admin Centers
- Networking: Strong knowledge in SD-WAN, LAN/WAN management, wireless access points
- Server Administration: Windows and Linux systems, PKI, Certificates, Windows KMS
- Virtualization: VMware vCenter, vSphere, Disaster Recovery, and Replication expertise
- Security: Solid grasp of IT infrastructure security principles
- Backup/Disaster Recovery: Experience with modern backup solutions and DR strategies
