- Proactively Project Manage global recruitment (FTE and FTC) for key programmes in the Firmwide Data Office
- Problem solving to accelerate recruitment - i.e. propose strategy and tranches to FDO global recruitment such as proposing priority recruitments, working with team on organising
- Job Description's, providing templates for interview questions, feedback etc
- Actively reporting to FDO leadership on recruiting process, risks and issues
- Technology Recruitment Required
- Financial Services is a plus, not required.

- Working with teams to problem solves recruitment risks and help ease recruitment pressure (i.e. propose new ways of working to streamline)
- Work with recruitment team and local COO's to market for mobility
- Help screen CV's Provide consolidated feedback to candidates.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition team, FDO and regional recruitment to accelerate recruitment and problem solve against any risks
You have: (must-have skills)
- Motivated individual - self-starting, not just strategic but will get involved in problem solving and completing the analysis, increasing recruitment activity
- Experienced skill set in Project Management, reporting, and influencing.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles Technical Recruiting background is a MUST.
- Experience streamlining the recruitment process i.e. proposing interview structures, questions, timelines, proposing interviewers etc
- Team Profile: The Firmwide Data Office department is recruiting for an enthusiastic and delivery focused data analyst who will partner with other technology and business departments to develop and execute on a data strategy and deliver improvements to data quality.
- The vision for the FDO is a multi-year effort to simplify firms data architecture front-to-back with goals of reducing infrastructure and manpower costs, improving the ability to demonstrate control for data, empowering developers by providing consistent means of handling data and providing a platform to implement future change initiatives faster, cheaper and easier.
