Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel within the Service group.
Deliver onshore technical support to customers and the Service department regarding products and services.
Ensure accuracy and currency of data within the tracking system.
Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Workshop, and Rentals departments.
Process and finalize job documentation promptly to ensure efficient job closure.
Review and validate data obtained from customers' drilling automation systems.
Analyze and interpret drilling data to assess operating performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in equipment tuning, maintenance, and automation utilization.
Participate in customer operational planning sessions to establish and refine KPI targets for well sections.
Develop comprehensive performance reports using data visualization tools, providing detailed analysis on drilling and equipment operation metrics.
Present actionable recommendations based on analytical findings to management.
Conduct data profiling to detect, analyze, and understand anomalies.
Apply and implement new methodologies for data analysis and performance optimization.
Identify and propose enhancements to the Performance Center based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Support Performance Center teams by offering insights for troubleshooting, optimizing automated systems, and suggesting improvements to data technology infrastructure.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Skilled in the use of Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Grafana).
Strong understanding of drilling fundamentals, drilling operations, and associated equipment.
Experience working with drilling control systems (e.g., Amphion, Cyberbase).
Proficiency in automation systems (e.g., NOVOS, MMC).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets; knowledge of SQL or basic programming skills is a significant advantage.
Experience transforming raw data into actionable reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
