IT Concepts is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer who will support several projects at a federal agency. The position is located in Woodlawn, MD. The qualified candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.

Create sleek, easy-to-use, intuitive interfaces and automation that bridge front-end and back-end layers to improve user experience. Develop code for front-line enterprise applications and automation using backend API code (C#, .Net) and web design front-end framework and automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), React, Angular, Bootstrap, and UiPath. Work independently and with teams to manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a leading-edge environment.

This role is 100% remote but requires residence within the United States. and/or United States citizenship.

What will you be doing?
    • Working across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
    • Ensuring secure coding practices are adhered to in all phases of the secure development lifecycle.
    • Supporting deployment of applications and software to various environments including validation, integration, and production in an Agile development cycle.
    • Assisting in developing project/application documentation, or other lifecycle artifacts, as necessary.
    • Managing time and priorities to effectively work on multiple, ongoing Agile projects and meeting hard deadlines.
    • Providing maintenance and troubleshooting support.
    • Providing in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise to develop UI for front-line applications that meet user specifications and identifying automation opportunities.
    • Providing technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
    • Supporting market research and evaluation of COTS and GOTS to implement improvements, as needed.
      Gathering and analyzing functional, user, and system requirements to develop custom application components that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
    • Participating in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops.
    • Designing, developing, and testing detailed, web-based applications using Social Security Administration standard practices.
    • Developing code to create the aesthetics done within a product or website including drop-down options, layout menus, fonts, and colors.
    • Implementing coding of software using back end API code such as C#, .Net as well as web design front-end framework and automation tools such as RPA, React, Angular, Bootstrap, and UiPath.
    • Creating seamless navigation through a wide range of digital interfaces and programs
    • Working together with programmers and back-end web developers to enhance usability.
    • Perform testing of completed websites, apps, and software to test the user experience.
    • Designing, developing, and testing solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.

Requirements

    • Ability to provide expert guidance and insight into specific technologies and their application
    • Ability to independently perform a variety of system design and integration tasks where a specific subject matter expertise is necessary
    • Experience using high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on complex problems that require in-depth knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation
    • Good communication skills, meeting deadlines, presentation skills, and responsiveness.
    • Working cross-functionally with operations and analysts to get a clear understanding of business processes to create and optimize workflow processes.
    • Developing UI using web design front-end framework and automation tools such as CSS, HTML, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), React, Angular, Bootstrap, and UiPath
    • Building and maintaining sets of automations for multiple projects.
    • Planning and participating in deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
    • Ability to independently analyze customer technical business processes and to quickly and accurately identify and catalogue the steps involved in the execution of those processes.
    • Ability to design and deliver on-time RPA solutions that successfully automate the steps involved in the execution of the customer's business tasks.
    • Possess sufficient technical competence to work independently in delivering automation projects and to serve as technical resource upon project completion.
    • Capable of developing and maintaining design documentation on RPAs.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using UiPath and other comparable tools.
