Job Title: Product Owner (Utility/Energy Industry Products)

Location: Charlotte, NC/Hybrid

Duration: 12 Month W2 Contract initially

C360 empowers a deeper understanding of customer dynamics, vital for driving Grid Edge Evolution and fostering seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product roadmap.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning and participate in relevant ceremonies.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Gather feedback through user interactions and industry research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new products and features.
• Align with organizational vision, strategy, and execution.
• Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally.

Basic/Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Product Analyst experience.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

• Utility industry experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action.
• Product Owner Certification (Preferred, to be obtained within 6 months).
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse teams.
• Passion for technology products and innovation.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with KPI-driven environments.
• Agile Product Owner certification.
• "Black Belt" Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency with Jira and software development practices.
