Key Responsibilities: - IRM Module Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on the ServiceNow IRM module, providing insights and guidance to optimize its functionality within our organization.

- Proficiency in developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading architectural transformation initiatives, preferably within large-scale organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
- Transformational Leadership: Lead the architectural transformation of our ServiceNow environment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and align architectural solutions accordingly.
- Technical Governance: Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to streamline processes and workflows.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to end users and administrators to facilitate the successful adoption of architectural solutions.
