Our challenge

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals and Performance Analytics dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on user experience and performance optimization.

 

 

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

 

 

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals, widgets, and components.
  • Implement and configure Performance Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write and optimize server-side and client-side scripts within ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing portal and analytics functionalities.
  • Ensure best practices in UI/UX design for portals.
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features, tools, and industry trends.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development, especially Service Portal and Performance Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with integrations and web services (REST, SOAP).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
