- Manage risk, vendor relationships, and third-party engagements effectively.
- Drive adoption across global teams through exceptional change management and clear communication strategies.
- Build stakeholder trust and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with a track record of managing large-scale platform initiatives.
- Strong experience in executive stakeholder engagement and influencing at the C-suite level.
- Expertise in strategic delivery, ROI accountability, and financial target achievement.
- In-depth understanding of payments ecosystems, modern platform technologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in program governance frameworks (e.g., Agile) and risk management.
- Exceptional change management and communication skills to drive adoption and maintain transparency.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with availability Monday-Friday, 8/9 AM to 5 PM.
