About the Role
We are seeking a Supervisor, End User Support to lead and manage a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional desktop and help desk support. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, meeting service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement in end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor End User Support staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Oversee daily operations, including ticket management in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Provide technical support for complex issues and manage escalations.
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage hardware asset inventory and depot operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Top Skills Required
- 3+ years experience managing a desktop support or help desk team.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Hardware asset management experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA.
