Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in BI technologies to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and analyses that meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective data visualization.
Conduct in-depth statistical analyses to uncover trends and actionable insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Utilize programming languages like C# and scripting tools to enhance BI capabilities.
Implement predictive analytics using tools such as R or Python to support data forecasting.
Work within an Agile development environment to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Leverage Azure DevOps for version control and deployment processes.
Provide support and troubleshooting for BI systems to ensure optimal performance.
Apply knowledge of healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage plans to inform BI solutions, if applicable.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence development.
Proficiency with Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and Visual Studio.
Strong programming skills in C# and familiarity with DAX technologies.
Experience with predictive analytics tools such as R or Python is preferred.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and its application in development workflows is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft SQL development.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices is advantageous.
Prior experience in healthcare or Medicare Advantage plans is preferred.
