Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Plant Maintenance (PM) module for asset and maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PM, integration with cross-functional modules (MM, PP, QM), and a proven track record in delivering scalable maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure & implement SAP S/4HANA PM to support asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and work order execution.
• Design and optimize maintenance processes, including equipment tracking, task lists, maintenance plans, and notifications.
• Lead requirements gathering, blueprinting, and solution design for SAP PM implementations.
• Integrate PM with MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management) for end-to-end operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in PM configurations, master data, and reporting.
• Support system upgrades, data migrations, and enhancements for SAP PM.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices (EAM, RCM, TPM) and business process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design KPIs, dashboards, and maintenance analytics.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP PM experience, with at least 1 full S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PM configurations:
• Equipment & Functional Locations
• Preventive Maintenance (PM01, PM02, PM03)
• Work Orders (IW31/IW32), Notifications (IW21/IW22)
• Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, and Measurement Points
• Integration knowledge with MM (Stocks, Purchasing), PP (Orders), QM (Inspections).
• Experience with Fiori Apps for PM (e.g., "My Work Manager," "Asset Manager").
• Understanding of Master Data Migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills for process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA PM certification.
• Knowledge of Mobility Solutions (SAP Asset Manager, Mobile Asset Management).
• Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdMS).
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for maintenance reporting.
