We are currently seeking a Technical Solns.Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive IAM maturity assessment across current systems and processes.
  • Analyze challenges in the As-Is IAM landscape and identify gaps.
  • Review current IAM use cases and assess user lifecycle journeys (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
  • Evaluate authentication and authorization mechanisms, including MFA, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, and privileged access controls.
  • Assess Identity Governance processes and periodic access reviews/certifications.
  • Review Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls for high-risk accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR.
  • Define To-Be IAM functional and technical use cases aligned with future business requirements.
  • Develop target state logical IAM architecture and a strategic roadmap for implementation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for bridging gaps in IAM functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, and Access Management.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Active Directory, MIT Kerberos, OpenLDAP, Grouper, CAS, Shibboleth, BeyondTrust PAM.
  • Expertise in authentication & authorization frameworks, including MFA, SSO, RBAC, ABAC.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills for gap analysis and roadmap development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IAM-related certifications.
  • Experience in designing IAM architectures and strategies for large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70 to $80. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
