About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in automated testing to support low to moderately complex software engineering initiatives. This role involves evaluating and improving processes, analyzing technical challenges, and contributing to the delivery of reliable, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in software engineering projects with a focus on automation and quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to technical discussions.
- Review and analyze software engineering tasks, applying research and evaluation to recommend solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations for resolving technical challenges.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, including:
- Playwright
- Karate
- Cucumber
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
