Job Details
- 18+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in a CX/CRM architecture leadership role.
- Proven experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation in a global, multi-ERP environment.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, Quote-to-cash processes, and partner channel enablement.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Oracle Sales Cloud, PRM, and Microsoft D365 with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, JDE etc.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps) and API-led integration.
- Strong knowledge of CX data models, customer master data, and quote-to-order workflows.
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms like Magento is plus
- Ability to evaluate and guide system customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
