Description

We are looking for a skilled Technology Consultant to join our team in Marysville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee technical projects and drive improvements across product design, development, and monitoring processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Customer Engagement & Executive Alignment:

Establish and nurture C-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CPO) with global automotive accounts, leading joint innovation sessions and strategic planning initiatives.

Engage and build trusted relationships across all customer levels, demonstrating consultative skills to address their challenges effectively.

Collaborate with Department Leaders (AVPs, GMs) and Managers to enable impactful business outcomes.

AI & Cloud Transformation Leadership:

Apply a deep understanding of AI and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Hybrid) to the client's unique environment, showcasing opportunities to save costs and drive business value.

Lead discussions on implementing technical solutions to business challenges, leveraging case studies and thought leadership.

Partner Ecosystem Development:

Collaborate with internal and external partners to empower them in delivering added value to the client's ecosystem.

Foster joint sales motions and define strategies to maximize the partner ecosystem's contribution.

Internal Strategy & Enablement:

Organize and activate internal resources for customer-centric proposals, proofs-of-value (PoVs), and strategic engagements.

Champion alignment across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead by Example:

Actively demonstrate the use of AI in daily tasks to encourage adoption and establish yourself as a domain champion.

Continuously learn and stay updated on AI and cloud technologies, as well as industry trends, to enrich customer conversations.

Requirements

5+ years of industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Automotive) experience, including digital transformation strategy.

5+ years of consulting and solution delivery experience.

Advanced technical leadership, with experience in consulting, practice building, or technical sales for cloud products.

Hands-on experience managing global enterprises and delivering measurable results.

Hyperscaler certifications such as Azure Architect, AWS Developer, or equivalent.

Expertise in operations management, with the ability to manage complex sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Expert executive communication and influence, capable of building and sustaining trusted advisor relationships.

Proficient in AI strategy development, enabling capabilities like AI copilots to accelerate business outcomes.

Skilled in partner co-sell opportunities and ecosystem development.

Adept at workshop facilitation, strategic planning, and organizational enablement initiatives.
