Duration: 12 months
Pay Range : $50-55/hr

Job Description:

1. 
   
   System monitoring, incident triage and resolution, system patching, permissions and access management, performance tuning, etc. for automations build in UiPath.
   
   


2. 
   
   Controller Tasks (Most Important)
   
   
   BluePrism & UiPath access, configuration, and license support.
   
   
   BluePrism & UiPath browser extensions on VDI
   
   
   BluePrism & UiPath client installation and support
   
   
   Business application installations and troubleshooting on VDIs.
   
   
   Control VDI support
   
   
   DRE for BluePrism server infrastructure
   
   
   MS Office patching and feature updates, Windows patching activities
   
   
   New VDI setup
   
   
   Support developers for new automations (access requests, application installations, etc.)
   
   
   Daily bot migrations
   
   
   SSL certificate support
   
   
   Support new infrastructure projects
   
   


3. 
   
   Must have strong problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze root cause and determine resolution to complex issues.
   
   


4. 
   
   Requires shift work, must be available on evenings and weekends based on shift.
   
   


5. 
   
   Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
   
   


6. 
   
   Candidate should have the aptitude to learn new technologies and systems, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills
