Compensation: $45-50 per hour

Job Description:
1. Leading Data Usage & Handling Standards work, including managing socialization, approvals, and procedures
2. Managing ongoing DRI work
3. Helping lead "sensitivity conversations (e.g., meeting with HR to document what data are sensitive, why, and formalizing it with the Usage & Handling Standards)
Roles and Responsibilities Data Usage & Handling Standards
-Spearhead development of Data Usage & Handling Standards, including prioritization and socialization for 10 departments re: unstructured data and 1 enterprise-wide structured data
-Work with Functional Liaisons and department leaders to prioritize and schedule rumble sessions with appropriate personnel for each standard
-Maintain versioning of each document and implement input for departmental personnel
-Maintain consistency across documents, ensuring standards do not conflict
-Manage approvals and roadmap
Ongoing DRI Maintenance
-Main POC for all additions and edits to the Data Risk Index
-Support the development of DRGB content re: Data Risk Score
-Manage intake process for newly discovered processes or risks
-Manage regular review cycles (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
-Work with Infolock to get newly discovered processes or risks scored
-Support ongoing risk reduction efforts
Data Governance - Sensitivity Discovery
-Lead discussions with department personnel to identify and categorize restricted document, define restricted data elements list, confidential elements list, etc.
-Use Data Usage and Handling Standard to help guide discovery conversations
-Proactively drive alignment between Data Protection and Governance function and departmental stakeholder.
