Description
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining, deploying, and optimizing our core business technology within a primarily Microsoft-driven environment. Manage the set-up and configuration of desktop and deskside equipment, work to resolve incidents and requests reported to the help desk, documenting and improving systems, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance, including training end-users. This is an immediate need, and a short-term contract. Location St. Paul MN.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis and support.
Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Atlassian Jira, Citrix, Linux, and IBM systems.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and backup solutions.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Experience with business requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize IT systems in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business technologies, including servers, endpoints, printers, and databases in a Microsoft environment.
- Manage the setup and configuration of desktop and deskside equipment, ensuring functionality and training end-users.
- Perform system design, implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance to meet business goals while ensuring devices are up-to-date and patched.
- Resolve incidents and requests from the help desk, improve system documentation, optimize performance, and train end-users as required.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs, lead system designs, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to define project scope, goals, and requirements.
Requirements
