Sr. Project Manager (Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement)

Trigyn's direct client based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana has a very long-term (4-year+) contract assignment for Project Manager (Remote). The particulars of the position are as follows.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
? 5+ years of experience in managing projects.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable:
? Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects
? PMP certification
? SCRUM Master certification
? Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders.
? Project management with State Government.

Description:
? Provide day-to-day project management support
? Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues and other documentation, as needed
? Plan for utilization of resources
? Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones
? Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project life-cycle.
? Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation
? Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies
? Create end user documentation and training as needed
? Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS and staff for all requested work, as needed.
