Join a dynamic team as a Product Operations Analyst, where you'll lead client-focused initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success. This remote position offers a 4+ month contract with opportunities to influence product enhancements and support strategic communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the rollout of client-facing features, ensuring seamless collaboration with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive sales enablement and product marketing efforts by transforming technical features into engaging client materials and training resources.
  • Maintain a comprehensive product toolbox and monitor sales pipeline activities for alignment with product capabilities.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to guide product improvements and support quarterly reviews.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing client-facing feature rollouts and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in sales enablement and creating compelling product marketing materials.
  • Ability to maintain detailed product documentation and track sales pipeline activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for synthesizing feedback and supporting internal communications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a similar role within a tech or health industry setting.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and client success initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using product management and sales tools.
