Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solution Analyst / Architect who can lead solution design and bridge business objectives with modern technology implementations. This role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise-grade architectures, AI/LLM integration, and full-stack development. You will play a strategic role in client-facing engagements, guiding delivery teams and ensuring scalable, secure, and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures aligned with business goals.
• Define cloud-native, data, and AI architecture best practices across multiple technologies and frameworks.
• Client Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business problems into clear, actionable technical strategies.
• Present solutions to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, with clarity and confidence.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight
• Lead implementation teams, ensure solution integrity throughout development lifecycle.
• Oversee project execution, risk management, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• AI, LLM & Modern Tech Integration
• Drive adoption of AI solutions, including LLM model integration, training, refining, and performance optimization.
• Governance, Documentation & Standards
• Establish best practices, technical standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Mandatoryskills:

• Cloud technologies:

• Proven hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and AWS architecture, including service orchestration, security, and deployment.
• Development/Engineering

• Front-end: React.js, Laravel, Livewire
• Back-end: C#.NET, PHP, GraphQL, REST APIs
• Frameworks: Symfony, Entity Framework, Doctrine
• Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript

AI/ML & LLM Integration

• Experience integrating LLM models into enterprise applications.
• Capable of model training, fine-tuning, and accuracy testing.

Data Platforms & Engineering

• Proficiency in Azure Databricks, SparkDB, and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures.

Test Automation

• Tools: Playwright, Cypress.io, Jest, NUnit, Postman API testing

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with API Gateway, Swagger/OpenAPI, and GraphQL schema design.
• Experience in domains like BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or Scrum/Agile Certifications.
