Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Solution Analyst / Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable technology solutions, with a strong focus on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Investment, or Fintech domains. This role demands a strong understanding of cloud platforms, modern development stacks, AI/LLM integration, and enterprise-grade architecture, combined with a clear understanding of industry-specific compliance, security, and integration requirements. The ideal candidate will bridge technical capability with business strategy, guiding global clients in solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory: Understand client requirements in regulated financial environments; identify technical and compliance gaps; and recommend tailored, domain-specific technology solutions aligned with BFSI/Fintech operational and risk frameworks.
Solution Design & Architecture: Develop scalable, secure, and compliant architectures across cloud, application, data, and AI layers, with a focus on supporting high-volume transactions, real-time data processing, and regulatory audit trails common in financial services.
Implementation Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, product, and security to oversee implementation and integration of solutions within financial ecosystems.
Client Communication: Translate complex technical architectures into business-aligned narratives, especially for stakeholders in banking, investment, or financial technology domains.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide guidance and resolution of domain-specific issues including data integrity, transaction failures, and integration with third-party financial platforms.
Documentation & Training: Produce high-quality technical documentation tailored for compliance and internal audit purposes, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions with relevance to financial systems and controls.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders across geographies, including business leaders, product owners, regulatory advisors, and IT teams in the financial sector.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, particularly within the Fintech, investment, and BFSI landscapes (e.g., open banking APIs, PSD2, MiFID II, AI in risk scoring, etc.).

Mandatory Skills • Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven experience with Azure Cloud and AWS, including architecture, deployment, and security.
Development Stack: React.js, Laravel / Livewire, C#.NET, PHP, GraphQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, Symfony, Doctrine, Entity Framework.
Data Engineering: Expertise in Data Lakes and Data Warehouses. Tools: Azure Databricks, SparkDB.
AI & LLM: Integration and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs), including training and evaluating model accuracy.
Testing & Automation: Playwright, Cypress.io, Jest, NUnit, Postman (API testing).
Communication & Consulting: Strong communication skills and a proven record in technical consulting and solution delivery.

Nice-to-Have Skills
• Microservices and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
• DevOps & CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect certs).
• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or other regulated domains.
• Exposure to AI prompt engineering and generative AI use cases.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering Or a related field

Preferred Profile
• 8+ years of hands-on experience across architecture, solutioning, and delivery.
• Ability to lead technology discussions with clients, engineers, and business leaders.
• Background in managing distributed teams and remote collaboration.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle solutions (design to deployment to optimization).
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
