Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Manager of Business Systems Integration to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise system integrations. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual with experience in APIs and automation, looking to serve in a strategic leadership role.
You will oversee integration initiatives across key platforms to enhance data flow, automation, and operational efficiency. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic planning and team leadership, helping shape the company's system architecture and integration roadmap.
This is a full-time/direct hire position which will be fully remote. Target salary range is $135-150k plus bonus. Candidates must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver system integration projects from planning through execution, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Define and maintain integration roadmaps that support business goals and future growth.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on integration priorities.
- Select, implement, and manage modern integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, workflow automation).
- Develop and enforce governance standards for secure and compliant system integrations.
- Provide mentorship to team members and foster continuous technical and professional development.
- Leverage individual team strengths to optimize project outcomes and accuracy.
- Ensure integration systems are resilient and support business continuity strategies.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Quick to learn and adapt to business-critical tools such as Acumatica, Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, JotForms, and related platforms.
- Ability to train others on integration processes and system usage.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, analytics, and website systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as:
- Zapier
- JotForms or similar form-building applications
- Proven experience integrating various business systems and platforms.
