5+ years work experience with VOIP networks
Experience in VoIP Networking Troubleshooting, complex DNS, DHCP, and Firewall issues.
Knowledge of supporting and deploying to VMware environment.
Strong ability to diagram and design telecom environments preferred.
SBC / SIP knowledge.
Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and trunk creation between devices.
Familiarity with SQL and Oracle Databases
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must possess strong problem resolution skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to make knowledgeable decisions.
Strong work ethic and organized work habits.
Ability to interface well with internal groups and vendors.
IVR development experience is desirable.
Dialer experience in a call center environment.
Noble Dialer experience is a plus.
Strong team contributor.
Understanding of wiring and integration of new equipment.
Note: Need someone with depth knowledge on telecom VoIP experience with hands on troubleshooting experience rather than networking experience.
