Job Details
- This is a primarily remote role (10%-20% travel to client site)
- Lead and support the deployment of Kinaxis Supply.AI solutions in client environments.
Expertly configure Kinaxis to meet business and technical requirements.
Oversee and ensure successful integration of Kinaxis with SAP S4 systems.
Quickly resolve system defects, troubleshooting issues in both Kinaxis and S4 environments.
Deliver effective training and guidance to Network Planners, fostering knowledge transfer and capability building within the client team.
Preferred: LifeSciences/ Biopharma or Process Industry experience
