Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst III to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and evaluating business systems, identifying user needs, and developing strategies to align processes with organizational goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to leverage their expertise in business systems and strategy to drive impactful solutions.
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
Backup Locations: Detroit, MI and Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Position SummaryThis role supports fleet lifecycle services with a focus on the tire program. The position combines business analysis and project management responsibilities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the experience for driving partners.
Responsibilities- Analyze business systems and user needs
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards
- Structure and analyze unorganized data sources
- Document program functions and user requirements
- Lead stakeholder meetings and communications
- Manage project lifecycle and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities
- Implement change management initiatives
Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 6-8 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in a Business Analyst role
Key Skills- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in project/program management
- Data visualization and dashboard creation
- Change management and documentation
Interview Process- Two virtual interviews
- Feedback expected within 72 hours of shortlisting
