Performance Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead.

As a Performance Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the non-functional requirements of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and execute tests to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, Georgia or be willing to relocate one of these areas.

This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid work experience in Performance testing, preferred more than eight plus years of end-to-end performance testing delivery

Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with client stakeholders

Experience in creating Performance test scenarios simulating real world load patterns, Create realistic Workload models

Expertise in Performance testing tool K6(mandatory) , Experience in Performance testing tool JMeter, LoadRunner

Expertise in any one APM tool New Relic (preferred), Splunk, Dynatrace root cause analysis

Solid experience performance testing on cloud implementation Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform preferred), AWS, Azure

Evaluate areas for performance optimization and provide recommendations

Should be able to analyze business scenarios independently

Good understanding of the non-functional requirements

Able to evaluate the objectives of the service level agreement

Good communication and should be able to communicate efficiently with Architects, developers to gather requirements
